Terrible Customer Service, May 29, 2012 By  Trekker - See all my reviews This review is from: Rocky Mounts Tie Rod Silver Bike Tray (Misc.) Bike rack was delivered with a broken plastic piece. Niagra wanted the entire bike rack returned then emailed the wrong return label. I contacted them several times over several weeks asking where the replacement rack was. After one month, I called and threatened BBB they found my bike rack in the warehouse never shipped! Apparently the employee dealing with my rack left the company and never shipped it. It was so inconvenient having to put my bike in my car with grease, continually checking with friend who address I had used and the lack of concern from customer service is very unprofessional. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company when time is of the essence.
